How Do I Order?

Shipping

I aim to ship the next working day ( at the latest) after you've ordered with first class post. If you need something in a mega hurry email me and I will see what I can do!

If you'd like to save on shipping and collect then please email me before you order.

I ship first class in sturdy funky packaging.

Help! I Don't Know Where to Put my Address in!

I use PayPal for business. It's super secure and simple for both of us. When you've clicked pay by PayPal Big Cartel email me your address. This is the address linked to your PayPal account. If you'd like me to ship to a different address or you aren't sure if you have the right details on PayPal email me. 

I will always email you the details of where I'm shipping to and when your product is going to be dispatched to confirm all is well.

Returns

I will be a bit heartbroken if you aren't happy. Returns are accepted on stock products. Email me within 3 days of receiving your order. 

I'm Interested in a Commission.

This starts with a conversation. Email me and we can get chatting. If you want to mull your ideas over coffee come to the studio in Wimborne. 

No idea is too stupid and we can work together from a really very basic idea! 

I can't draw people.

Commisons take between 2 and 8 weeks depending on the size and how full my diary is.
